At the Restaurant Association meeting today it came to light that mandatory pensions will be brought in by2012. Business will pay 3%, employees 4% and the government 1%. The minimum wage is set to rise by 1.2% and in 2011 emloyers NI contribution will rise by 1%. Menus will have to list allergens and calorific content and VAT will rise to 20% by mid 2010. JOY!!!!! |
